Jarvis (Wuhan) Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd is located in optics Valley of China, wuhan National Biological Industry Base (Optics Valley Biolake), the founding team of the company comes from Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics and Chinese Academy of Sciences, with more than 20 years of r&d experience in tissue clearing and 3D imaging technology. The tissue clearing 3D imaging technology developed by the team is in the forefront of the world (global head), and it is a very few team in the world that has mastered the clearing technology of in vitro tissue and organ, in vivo tissue and organ, and in vivo organoid chips. It is also the only national high-tech company to carry out and provide in vivo clearing deep tissue area detection technology services and clearing kit in vivo.



Introduction to technology platform 


3D clearing imaging platform:it is mainly engaged in innovative product development and technical service with 3D clearing as the core. At present, it has built three core products and technical service system:

1. In vitro Clearing Kit and in vitro tissue Clearing 3D imaging technology services:  The high-resolution 3D whole image results of blood vessels, nerves, cells and proteins in various tissues and organs can be obtained through the combination of in vitro clearing technology and 3D imaging technology independently developed by Jarvis. For example, all tissues and organs, such as heart, liver, spleen and tumor, can be directly obtained with high-resolution results of their complete tissues without sectioning through tissue clearing technology combined with 3D imaging, which can replace the traditional 2D pathological sections and staining.

2. In vivo Tissue Clearing Kit and in vivo Deep tissue Online detection technology services: In vivo clearing kit which is r&d by Jarvis can clearing skin, bone and other tissues, can be combined with near-infrared imaging, laser speckle imaging, two-photon imaging, Raman imaging, fluorescence imaging and other optical detection technology. Thus, the high-resolution images of subcutaneous and subcranial nerves, blood vessels and cells can be obtained noninvastively, greatly improving the resolution and imaging depth of various living optical imaging.

3. Live organoid/organoid chip clearing kit and organoid chip 3D online detection technology services: Organoids are cells extracted from human tissues and organs, which are cultured and differentiated to generate tissues containing all cells and basic structures of corresponding tissues and organs. On the basis of organoids, microfluidic devices that regulate their free growth are called organoids chips. Organoid/organoid chip can simulate human tissues and organs, which is expected to replace cell and animal experiments, greatly shorten the cycle of drug development and improve the success rate. However, due to the large size of organoid/organoid chip and the extremely limited penetration ability of light in biological tissues, it is difficult for existing optical imaging techniques to obtain the complete internal structure information of organoid/organoid chip. The organoid/organoid chip clearing technology which is developed independently by Jarvis can implement in vivo  organoid/organoid chip transparent safely and no side effects, then, the 3D overall structure of organoid/organoid chip can be obtained,and the 3d online detection technology of organoid/organoid chip can be used to assist drug screening to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of drugs.
